Services
Social Assessment
Finding what makes your loved one ‘tick’- Jennifer comes over for a meeting to find just what it is your loved one needs to stay excited about life! From there, Jennifer designs a programming schedule to meet her client’s individual interests and personal preferences. She is unlike any agency or private companion in the industry.
Mental Stimulation
Keeping your brain active is essential to healthy aging. Whether it’s mild cognitive impairment (MCI), Alzheimer’s disease or another form of dementia, Jennifer will customize a curriculum of brain strengthening activities designed to stimulate and keep your loved one’s brain healthy!
Socialization
Seniors who frequently socialize report better health. Whether it’s playing Scrabble while grabbing a cup of coffee, enjoying the latest exhibit at one of the fine museums in the area, taking in a travel lecture, or going to the theatre, Jennifer will keep your loved one involved in the community.
Exercises
Improve muscle tone, strength, flexibility and endurance through simple exercises. Jennifer uses her nine years of conducting senior exercise groups to help your loved one stay in shape.
Nutritional Assistance
Nutrient needs change with age. Let Jennifer help your loved one shop for and prepare nutritional meals that meet your loved one’s needs.
Stay connected with the progress of your loved one. Jennifer’s dedication to individualized service will also keep you informed on your loved one’s progress. Jennifer will track the progress of each client and send weekly or monthly updates to desired family members or friends.
"Nobody grows old merely by living a number of years. We grow old by deserting our ideals. Years may wrinkle the skin, but to give up enthusiasm wrinkles the soul." Samuel Ullman
